But why? Aren’t there already many crossword websites?

For sure, but to our knowledge, none of them is multiplayer. We wanted to fill that gap.

Is this site free to use?

Yes, all features of the website are free to use, but most features require account registration.

How do you make money?

First let’s see if we do! Our plan is to cover the cost of operation, and eventually turn a profit, by serving advertisements.

I’d rather pay than watch ads!

If that’s you, then you are the minority. But if there appears to be enough of you, we might consider implementing that option. Let’s see.

How can I support you?

You can help by playing on the website, and most importantly, by inviting friends to play with you, and spreading the word! Thanks!

Why is this site slow or buggy?

Sorry if it is! We are testing and improving it as we go, but we have yet to see how it behaves when the number of users scales up. You are welcome to report issues by contacting us. Thanks!

You sure can contact us with your suggestions! We can't promise to implement every suggestion we receive but we will at least read them and give them consideration. Thanks!

Are you open to business inquiries?

We do not have any budget to spend at this time, but if you are offering a business opportunity (on behalf of an established organization), then you are welcome to contact us.

Will this site always be around?

It will be around for as long as it manages to cover its costs of operation – but let’s first see if it gets there!

Can children play?

Children under 16 years old should not play on this site, as it does not comply with appropriate regulations for children, especially regarding the moderation of user-submitted contents.

What content and behavior is disallowed?

We would like to make this site a safe space for all players, so please do not upload pornographic or overly violent profile pictures. Please do not post hate speech or threats. Thank you for your cooperation.

How is it moderated?

We mostly rely on user reporting. We favor a conciliatory approach but we may ban users in cases of repeat offenses and/or acting in bad faith.

How do I report inappropriate content or behavior?

As I write this, we have not yet implemented a report button. In the meantime, you can contact us to report. Thanks!
